Location

Sari Ater Resort is located in the mountain area in Subang. You can contact (0260) 471700 / 471800 / 471900, or access www.sariater-hotel.com for reservation. The place is set among by tea plantations. Then, the little way off there is so many souvenir shops. In the foreground there is the compilation of citizen houses and home stays.

History

In the past, it is an usual place that is usually used to take a bath by the local citizen. However, after a Dutch found the peculiar property of this hot spring that can cure almost anything diseases, especially skin disease, many people from other areas come to experience the particular property of this hot spring. Then, in 1968 the local government made this place became a tourist attraction, and made one swimming pool. However, in March 20, 1974 the local government gave this tourist attraction to PT Sari Ater Resort that is lead by H. A Soewarma.

Facilities

Sari Ater Resort is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Indonesia. The main attraction of this place is a hot spring that comes from Tangkuban perahu’s cauldron. The hot spring is provided at Swimming pool, private room that has an unique architecture, and the river stream that flows past the tourist attraction.

Sari Ater has 30 ha in width that is supported by the beautiful view of the tea plantations gives many facilities for the tourist who is vacation with their family, beside that the tourists can enjoy the natural view of mountain.

Resort facility: Hotel and Bungalow that has West Java traditional atmosphere which located surrounding the tea plantation will give some experiences for your vacation. Sari Ater has 103 rooms that have the form of a building and bungalows which are designed in several types.there are Sunan suite bungalow, Family suite bungalow, Suite bungalow, Junior suite bungalow, tenda dome, Adat house A, Adat house B, Adat house C, standart room, Deluxe balcony room, and Deluxe room.

Sport facility: There are several facilities that are provided by Sari Ater Resort. The tourist can enjoy so many adventures and sport facilities, such as basket & volley ball, footstall, wall climbing, put & put mini golf, tea walk, paint ball, ATV, Mini motto, Go kart, buggy kart, Flying fox, Jeep off-road, Air soft gun, outbound, etc.

Restaurant facility: While you vacation in Sari Ater, you can also enjoy so many traditional and international serving. If you want to have a meal during your submerging, you can enjoy the foods near Mayang Sari swimming pool in Sunan Ambu Café with Indonesian and Arabic menu. You can also enjoy the view of Nangka swimming pool in Ki Mannis family Restaurant that is provided special menu from Indonesia, oriental, and Europe. In fron of the hotel, there is Kadaka Terrace for you have a coffee break and cake. Then, the newest restaurant which has the real taste and atmosphere of Sundanese is Lesehan Kampoeng Kabayan, you can enjoy the amazing menu of Sudanese in a cave is set among by the pool. While you have a meal, you can also get some fishes from the pool directly. Beside the restaurant and café, there is also so many stands that provide you the fast food menu.

Ticket Price

The ticket price that is offered by Sari Ater management is Rp 17.000,- for enterent to the location, then, the ticket price for swimming pool start from Rp 10.000 – Rp 31.000. Moreover, if you want to enjoy the adventure and sport game, the price is start from Rp 10.000.

Accessibility

To go to Sari Ater you can go by a car or motorcycle, also you can take the public transportation. Moreover, the time that is needed to go to Sari Ater is about 40 minutes from Subang to the Southern, about 55 minutes from Bandung to the western, and from Jakarta past sadang tol is about 3 hours.
