Tangkuban Parahu is one of the attractions that located in the southern of Subang. The beauty of nature with a row of craters, fresh mountain air, the jajaran of mountain, and so many collections of herb plants tropical forest that flourished around the crater. It makes the Tangkuban Parahu mountain become an attractive tourist destination in Subang.
You can see this mountain from Bandung, it has a unique shape that looks like a resembles boat upside down (Bahasa Sunda: Tangkuban = inverted, Parahu = Boat). The unique shape is believed have a close connection with the story of Sangkuriang legend.

The condition of the road to this area, both from Subang and Bandung is in a good condition. However, you have to keep the condition of your vehicle, both from Bandung and Subang you will past a tough climb.
